Our team Is experienced with the needs of landmen working In West Texas. Western Abstract and Title Company has title plants covering sovereignty to present for Reeves County, Loving County, and Culberson County. Data from these title plants Is conveniently available to landmen in either our Pecos office or our Midland office. If it Is not convenient to visit either of our offices, please contact us and we will give you a quote to handle the entire process.

Customized Title Solutions

Our team Is experienced in crafting customized title solutions.  Not every real estate transaction Is insurable.  Sometimes due to a variety of factors and issues beyond anyone's control, title Insurance Is not an option.  However, with the proper analysis whether It be through a title opinion prepared by an attorney or a consultation with the examiner, we will work with you to close your transaction.  We will inform you of the risks and refer you to any necessary outside resources including but not limited to attorneys to help close difficult transactions. We also handle escrow services for more non-traditional real estate transactions Including but not limited to mineral purchases.  If you have non-traditional real estate closing or need, we are here to help and will customize our service to fit your need.
